Cinnadust™ Streusel Parfait

Parfaits are great and all, but have you had one with the crumby, buttery, sweetness of streusel with Cinnadust™? Here’s your chance to change that.

Ingredient List

Streusel

  • 2 cups granola
  • 2 tablespoons cold butter
  • 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Cinnadust™
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar

Toppings

  • 3 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnadust™

Preparation

  1. In medium bowl, add butter, flour, brown sugar and Cinnadust. Using pastry blender or 2 knives, cut into ingredients until crumbly.
  2. Stir in granola.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Spoon a tablespoon of Cinnadust and granola into each parfait glass (4 glasses total).
  5. Add a few raspberries and drizzles with honey.
  6. Layer each with yogurt.
  7. Repeat steps 4-6.
  8. Top with berries and serve immediately.
