Ingredient List

  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2/3 cup Cinnadust™
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 3/4 cup water
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 tablespoons butter
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 cups pancake batter

Preparation

  1. Dice apples.
  2. In a large pan, add water, Cinnadust, cornstarch, and nutmeg. Bring to a simmer.
  3. While stirring, bring mixture to a boil until thickened.
  4. Add diced apples to the pan, stir to coat. While stirring, cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Lower the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, until the apples have softened.
  6. Stir in butter and set aside.
  7. On a griddle, make 6 pancakes (about 4 inches each).
  8. Plate pancake, fill one side with apple mix, fold closed. Sprinkle Cinnadust as desired. Repeat.
  9. Serve immediately.
