Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Ice Cream Pie

Ingredient List
Ice Cream Filling
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 3 tablespoons Cinnadust™
Pie Crust
- 1.5 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch pulverized into crumbs
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 7 tablespoons melted butter
Streusel
- 2 tablespoons cold butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons Cinnadust
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
Preparation
Pie Crust
- In food processor, ground Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal into fine crumbs.
- Combine cereal crumbs and sugar in a medium bowl. Add melted butter and combine ingredients well.
- Pour mixture into pie pan. Use the back of a spoon to firmly pack crumbs to the bottom and sides of the pie pan.
- Freeze for 10-20 minutes before filling.
Streusel
- In medium bowl, add butter, flour, brown sugar and Cinnadust. Using a pastry blender or 2 knives, cut into ingredients until crumbly. Set aside.
Assembly
- Let ice cream thaw until slightly soft and scoopable.
- Scoop and gently spread a layer in the pie crust, about 3/4” thick.
- Add in a layer of streusel topping.
- Add one more layer of ice cream, 3/4″ thick.
- Add another layer of streusel topping.
- Freeze the pie until it is firm, about an hour.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with a sprinkle of Cinnadust and your favorite berries.
- Slice and serve.
