Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Ice Cream Pie

Sink your forks into this awesome ice cream pie, blasted with Cinnadust. A delicious dessert, no matter how you slice it.

Ingredient List

Ice Cream Filling

  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 3 tablespoons Cinnadust™

Pie Crust

  • 1.5 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch pulverized into crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 7 tablespoons melted butter


  • 2 tablespoons cold butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Cinnadust
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar


Pie Crust

  1. In food processor, ground Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal into fine crumbs.
  2. Combine cereal crumbs and sugar in a medium bowl. Add melted butter and combine ingredients well.
  3. Pour mixture into pie pan. Use the back of a spoon to firmly pack crumbs to the bottom and sides of the pie pan.
  4. Freeze for 10-20 minutes before filling.


  1. In medium bowl, add butter, flour, brown sugar and Cinnadust. Using a pastry blender or 2 knives, cut into ingredients until crumbly. Set aside.


  1. Let ice cream thaw until slightly soft and scoopable.
  2. Scoop and gently spread a layer in the pie crust, about 3/4” thick.
  3. Add in a layer of streusel topping.
  4. Add one more layer of ice cream, 3/4″ thick.
  5. Add another layer of streusel topping.
  6. Freeze the pie until it is firm, about an hour.
  7. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a sprinkle of Cinnadust and your favorite berries.
  8. Slice and serve.
